You also represent your listing information does not violate any existing copyright, trademark or trade name. All information matters provided to Entrabase are truthful, lawful and authorized for use, and contain no libelous or misleading facts if web published. Entrabase and The Chamber will not be responsible or Liable for any kind whatsoever for any losses or damages to you or your business by reason of any errors or omissions to all or any part of your web postings. This agreement is month to month and may be cancelled by both parties at any time. You will be responsible for payment of those posted listings at time of cancellation.
